2. Service Availability

Dion Spa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

3. Appointment Booking

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
• A valid contact number and email address are required for all bookings.
• Confirmation of your appointment will be sent via email or SMS.
• Clients are expected to arrive 15 minutes early for their appointments.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% charge.
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to emergencies or staff unavailability with appropriate notice.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
• We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Refunds will only be issued for services not rendered due to our cancellation.

6. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or injuries before treatment.
• We are not responsible for adverse reactions to treatments due to undisclosed health conditions.
• Clients should not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during treatments.
• Dion Spa maintains strict hygiene and sanitization protocols.

7. Liability Limitation

Dion Spa provides services on an "as-is" basis. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, are the property of Dion Spa and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten any staff member or other clients.
• Create a disruptive environment during services.

• Engage in discriminatory or offensive behavior.
